Swimming
The age-old classic of simply swimming in the water can be one of the most enjoyable and therapeutic activities one can participate in during the hot, summer months. Swimming provides the body with the necessary movement it needs to stay healthy, active, and fit. There are a number of benefits to daily swimming and we all know how great it feels after swimming for an hour or so and then having a satisfying summer BBQ lunch or dinner.
